Behavioral Health Consulting Services, LLC is dedicated to providing quality services to children & their families. We have developed individualized programs designed for the child to provide social enrichment.

At BHCS, we have over 16 year experience working with children that exhibit a variety of challenging behaviors, both in the home and school settings.

Meet our staff

Diane Tobin, MA, NCC, LPC

CEO / Clinical Director

Diane is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who Specializes working with children and families with special needs. She works with autism, Learning disorders, Executive Functioning, anxiety and depression, developmental delays, social and emotional communication.  She completes ADOS assessments for diagnosing Autism as well as other testing measurements.

In her private practice she sees adults and children for therapy.  Diane attended Norwich University/Vermont College to attain her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology; she is licensed with the state of Connecticut; she has an administration degree in marketing. Recent training with St. Joseph University and Florida Institute of Technology (FIT).

Specialized training in core areas of Applied Behavioral Analysis, Basic Principles of Behavioral Analysis; Functional Assessments, Ethics in Applied Behavioral Analysis-Task List; she has attended training workshops for the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS).

She currently works with organizations to structure their growing businesses focusing on Organizational Business Management

In her spare time she enjoys gardening and traveling with her family; she is an animal lover and has three maltese dogs, presto, junior and coco.

Deborah Negron

Medical Biller

Deborah is a medical biller here at Behavioral Health Consulting Services. She handles all our participating private payers and specializes in obtaining authorizations, claim submissions, collections and insurance credentialing.

She has a strong diverse background ranging from non-profit organizations to larger medical facilities containing different type of specialties from internal medicine, pediatrics, birth-to-three, and therapeutic services.

Deborah’s currently working on finishing her Bachelors degree in Business Management at Post University while taking care of her family.In her spare time, she enjoys creating fun and new memories with her family and friends.

Amanda Fredrickson

Medical Biller

Amanda is a medical biller here at Behavioral Health Consulting Services, LLC, specializing in Medicaid claims and authorizations. After graduating from Branford Hall Career Institute, she has worked as a receptionist and as a medical biller in dermatology, ophthalmology, and internal medicine practices.

She enjoys her role at BHCS because it brings her comfort in knowing that the company and its employees make a positive impact on the community and individuals they serve.

As well as being dedicated to her work, she is a proud mother of three and an avid dog lover. Some of her hobbies include baking, dancing, and card playing.

Linda Valera MSC, LPC


Specialized training in Applied Behavioral Analysis, providing instruction and behavior reduction methods based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with trauma, Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. She has post-graduate work in advocacy and assessment of the Americans with Disabilities Act from New York Law School.

Linda loves the arts and loves live music. She enjoys spoken word and the visual arts. As the helping profession expands there is always more to learn. Accordingly, she is always learning about the most up to date theories of the mind, and behaviors.

Jennifer Zawacki

Home Services Coordinator

Jennifer is the Coordinator of community home services here at Behavioral Health Consulting Services, LLC, specializing in the education of staff through the orientation process and supervision, as well as helping to form supportive relationships between Clients, Caregivers, and Providers.

She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology Mental Health at Southern Connecticut State University, and will be pursuing her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She enjoys her role at Bhcs because bringing Families together with appropriate help and guidance, has been a major goal and mission in her life.

She is a Mother, who credits her successes from what her Children have taught her, and she uses those lessons on a daily basis.

As well as forming bridges between Families and Caregivers, Jennifer enjoys singing, photography, traveling, and interior design in her spare time.

Kristina Maxwell

Payroll Coordinator

Kristina is the Payroll Coordinator here at Behavioral Health Consulting Services, LLC, specializing in payroll processing and organization. She graduated from Nichols College in 2018, and has since worked in various industries as an HR Assistant and Payroll Clerk.

She enjoys her role at BHCS because she can work for a cause that is important to her. Being able to help others makes coming to work each day very easy.

As well as being dedicated to her work, she enjoys hiking, reading, and playing with her dog, Sampson. She is a dedicated coffee drinker, and loves DIY crafts and projects.

Alyse Enderle


Alyse specializes working with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities; She is trained and skilled in the area of Applied Behavioral Analysis.  

Prior to gaining her BCBA licensure she worked as a special educational teacher.  She works in the community in the homes with families to teach skills to both the child and parent on how to increase skills while decreasing behaviors.

Alyse is a dedicated practitioner in her field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. She went to Bay Path College.

Toni J. Malley, MA, LPC

OUtPatient Therapist

My education background comes from obtaining a BS in Management from Post University, Waterbury, CT and an MA in Community Counseling from Saint Joseph College, West Hartford, CT. Extensive business experience will be useful in assisting clients through the various challenges associated with the transitional periods in one’s life. Community-minded with volunteer and fundraising experience for charitable organizations such as Special Olympics and the United Way. Member of Connecticut Counseling Association and American Counseling Association.

Work experience includes crisis counseling for victims of domestic violence and certification through the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Group facilitator for both a mothers’ educational group and a women’s self-esteem group at The Interval House, a shelter for victims of domestic violence. Substance Abuse Counselor group facilitator at an in-patient facility; facilitator for relapse-prevention and anger management groups.
